To drive this transformation, we're looking for our next Head of External Fleet Partners, a strategic and key position to build and scale the fleet ecosystem within the Cabify Spain marketplace.

Our ambition is not only to contribute to the development and optimization of collaborative fleets, but to build the reference operational and technological ecosystem for mobility operators in Spain.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

  • Team Transformation: Build, mentor, and scale a hybrid team (commercial and operations), evolving their role from "transactional managers" to true business allies for our partners.
  • B2B Expansion: Lead the acquisition and retention of high-potential fleets to scale the model across the entire national territory.
  • Partnership Evolution: Redesign the partner journey to transform suppliers into strategic marketplace partners.
  • Intelligence and Operational Alignment: Understand the operational and financial model of our partners to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into joint action plans that favor profitability and operational performance.
  • Innovation and Operational Efficiency: Lead the adoption of technological tools (automation and AI) that simplify the daily work of external collaborators, making us the most agile and profitable partner in the market.
  • Future Commercial Strategy: Co-create structural agreements and long-term incentives that are benchmarks for quality and profitability in the industry.

What we're looking for

  • +7 years of experience leading B2B operations, asset expansion, or partner network management.
  • Financial vision applied to optimizing fleet efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellence in commercial negotiation at the corporate level and development of long-term institutional relationships.
  • Analytical profile accustomed to defining KPIs, implementing agile routines, and working with data.
  • Valuable experience in the mobility, transport (VTC / Taxi), or logistics sector.
