Job Description

  • Structure AI initiatives focused on Governance issues.
  • Identify opportunities for AI application to optimize processes, increase productivity, and improve user experience with a focus on governance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and impact analyses for new projects and initiatives in the Governance area.
  • Act as a bridge between business areas, technology, data, information security, and internal suppliers.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and value metrics related to AI governance projects.
  • Map, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to the use of Artificial Intelligence, including ethical, privacy, security, and compliance aspects.
  • Prepare presentations, executive reports, and materials for committees, governance forums, and leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Artificial Intelligence applied to Governance, Risk, and Internal Controls.
  • Support risk, internal control, audit, and internal assessment processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Governance, Data, or related areas will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in corporate governance, project management, or digital transformation. Experience in implementing and monitoring multidisciplinary projects. Experience in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics, or Data & AI. Experience interacting with different organizational levels.

  • Data analysis and performance indicators. Collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). Preparation of presentations and executive materials.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). Cloud and AI certifications (Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Azure Fundamentals, AI Fundamentals, Copilot, AWS, or Google Cloud). Experience in Generative AI adoption programs in corporate environments. Knowledge of Data Governance and LGPD.
  • Advanced English.
