🎯 Role Mission

As part of the Global Accounting & Reporting team, your mission will be vital to the financial health of the group. You will be responsible for ensuring that the "financial snapshot" of our subsidiaries is clear, accurate, and timely. Your impact goes beyond the numbers: you will ensure that our accounting closures comply with the highest quality standards and regulations, acting as a key bridge between international subsidiaries and global financial strategy.

🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission? Your day-to-day will be dynamic and global. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Guardian of Financial Quality: You will review and validate the accounting and financial closures of the subsidiaries assigned to your scope, ensuring they comply with local regulations (GAAP), international standards (IFRS), and our internal policies.

  • Global Point of Contact: You will be the main financial reference for the subsidiaries, providing guidance, resolving questions, and fostering a relationship of constant collaboration.

  • Process Excellence: You will validate that reported data has adequate support (reconciliations) and lead action plans to correct issues and continuously improve accounting processes.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Internal Control teams on strategic projects, contributing your financial perspective.

  • Audit Support: You will coordinate and facilitate the external audit process of the subsidiaries, ensuring transparency and compliance on time and in full.

🔍 What we are looking for

We are looking for talent with a passion for numbers and continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, we expect:

  • Experience: You have between 2 and 4 years of experience in accounting or auditing.

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Background: We highly value if you come from a Big Four or from a multinational company with a matrix and subsidiary structure.

  • Tech Stack: You have advanced proficiency in Excel. If you know Oracle or Business Central, that's a great plus!

  • Soft Skills: You have a proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage communication with teams in different countries.
