🎯 Role Mission
As part of the Global Accounting & Reporting team, your mission will be vital to the group's financial health. You will be the person responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the accounting records for our operations in Spain, adding value through rigorous analysis and efficient management that supports strategic decision-making and financial transparency.
🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?

Support the preparation and review of monthly and annual accounting closes, ensuring the reliability of financial statements.

Supervise compliance with internal accounting procedures and policies, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting consistent practices.

Actively collaborate in the external and internal audit process, providing the required information and ensuring transparency.

Analyze and reconcile accounting accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

Participate in the implementation of new accounting tools and processes that optimize the area's operational efficiency.
🔍 What we are looking for
We are looking for talent with a passion for numbers and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, we expect:

Academic background: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.

Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational environments or Big Four firms.

Advanced command of office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions).

Strong attention to detail, analytical capacity, and critical thinking for problem-solving.

Knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and experience with accounting ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
