Build software that truly makes work in healthcare easier
At Ecare, you aren't working on "just another application."
You are working on software used daily by thousands of healthcare professionals.
In practice, this means: less administration, fewer errors, and more time for clients.
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work on PUUR., our electronic client record system. Your work directly influences how healthcare professionals do their jobs.
What will you do?
You will work in a multidisciplinary team and be jointly responsible for a part of PUUR.
Your role goes beyond just development. You will think along about solutions, make choices, and continuously improve what is in place.
Specifically, you will work on:
- developing functionality in the front-end and back-end
- improving existing parts of the platform
- translating ideas into working solutions
- identifying and implementing improvements
- actively contributing to team meetings and feedback
You will work with:
- C# (.NET) in the back-end (Azure)
- React (and partly Angular) in the front-end
- CI/CD and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
We work with principles from Kanban, feature flags, and trunk-based development.

You will work closely with developers, a tester, Product Owner, UX designer, and Product Specialist.
This is not a role where you just complete tickets.
You will think along, ask questions, and contribute to the choices we make.
