Job Description
What does your workday look like …
- You ensure not just satisfied, but delighted guests at the reception
- You stay cool – even when all guests arrive for check-in at the same time
- You ensure smooth guest reception at the hotel and clean administrative processes within your shift team
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume …
- You have completed hospitality training, gained professional experience, and speak fluent English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have insider tips up your sleeve
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you've made a mistake
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
