Job Summary: As a Financial Data Privacy Analyst, you will protect sensitive information by identifying, managing, and mitigating risks related to PII in documents and systems. Leveraging your domain expertise. No prior AI experience required. You will apply your knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data handling practices, and redaction or privacy tools to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, analyze, and address risks related to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in financial documents and digital systems.
  2. Apply advanced knowledge of global data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA to ensure strict compliance in all data handling practices.

  4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish and document robust data privacy protocols across sensitive workflows.
  5. Evaluate document content for indirect identifiers—recognizing that PII can reside beyond the obvious, such as in proprietary processes or unique reconciliation protocols.
  6. Provide expert recommendations to enhance data privacy controls within the customer’s finance and corporate environments.
  7. Support incident response and risk mitigation strategies pertaining to data breaches or policy violations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with PII compliance in finance or corporate settings.

  3. Demonstrated expertise in sensitive document handling and redaction tools.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex privacy requirements into actionable practices for the customer's team.
  5. Experience managing workflows and protocols that involve confidential information within financial systems.
  6. Attention to detail and an investigative mindset for identifying non-obvious PII within documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in finance, auditing, or compliance roles within regulated industries.
  2. Familiarity with privacy tools and solutions for automating PII detection and redaction in bulk document processing.
  3. Certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
