Job Description
- Finance Business Partner for one of the Serasa business units;
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Management of the BU P&L, conducting financial analyses, revenue and expense projections, Capex management, and forecasting;
- Work together with the BU to identify opportunities for operational and efficiency improvements;
- Budgetary Control (actual vs. budget, 5-year planning, annual budget);
- Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare financial reports and conduct detailed analyses on the BU's financial performance;
- Presenting results to senior leadership;
- Review and approval of Business Cases based on business strategy and key financial indicators;
- Monitoring project execution and results and presenting post-investment analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- Consolidated experience as a Finance Business Partner, in FP&A, Financial Strategy, or Corporate Finance.
- Solid experience in P&L management, financial modeling, and performance indicator (KPI) analysis.
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments, including KPI management, opportunity valuation, economic-financial feasibility analysis, and risk measurement.
- Experience in building business cases and investment analyses, using indicators such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and Payback to support strategic decisions.
- Experience in Budget, Forecast, Strategic Planning processes, and results monitoring.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or equivalent systems (desirable).
- Excellent analytical skills, executive communication, and influence with senior leadership.
- Experience in leading strategic discussions with business areas, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to develop executive presentations, translating financial analyses into strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
