About the position
Integrated within the Preparatory Filling APU, Filling is a key element of the site's success. You will participate in the filling of high-value-added syringes, making your work regularly highlighted in various SANOFI communications. Filled volumes have been constantly increasing since their launch, and improvement projects regularly support the teams.
Your work, as a Filling Operator within our team, will be to participate in aseptic distribution operations for syringes.

Main responsibilities:
- Applies site HSE rules and those specific to their workstation
- Systematically communicates in the event of an incident/accident to their management and/or the HSE department (e.g., incident/accident declaration form)
- Identifies dangerous behaviors and knows how to report them to their management and HSE contacts
- Completes batch records, attached documents, and computerized management systems, and any other document related to production monitoring (compliance with GMP and DATA INTEGRITY)
- Sampling and recording of microbiological samples
- Starting and stopping lines (2 high-performance aseptic distribution lines)
- Operation, feeding, and monitoring of the aseptic distribution line
- Cleaning of equipment and premises
- Reconciliation of materials and components used and justification of losses
- In-process control (e.g., visual inspection of filled syringes, extractable)
- Self-checking of information entered in production documentation
About you
Experience:

Experience in a ZAC (C, A, B) environment or controlled environment appreciated

Knowledge of maintenance, particularly mechanical, is a plus
