Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Handling fault reports and monitoring repair work.
- Coordinating planned preventive maintenance of bank branches, offices and other properties.
- Maintaining contact with operators, service providers and property users.
- Requesting, ordering and controlling costs of quotations related to repair and maintenance work.
- Checking and following up on the completion of services.
- Analysing the findings of operational inspections and coordinating the necessary measures.
- Tracking and analysing energy consumption data and developing energy efficiency improvement proposals.
- Supporting an energy efficiency mindset and sustainable operations.
This is for you if:
- You have building operation or facility management experience.
- You know operational processes and think in terms of systems.
- You confidently coordinate several parallel tasks and service provider cooperation.
- Precise, accurate and responsible work is characteristic of you.
- You have good problem-solving skills and are able to make decisions independently.
- You are open to supporting technical and energy efficiency developments.
- You handle Microsoft Office programs at user level.
- You hold a "B" category driving licence.
