Job description
We are looking for our recruitment officer to join our Lille office, in a versatile role with the opportunity to quickly take on responsibilities and fully participate in the development of the office.
Working in tandem with our office manager, Victor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Recruitment (70%):
- Identifying candidates via job boards and social networks
- Phone pre-screening and conducting in-person interviews
- Following candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (organising assessments; negotiating salaries, drafting and signing employment contracts)
- Coaching the various consultants
Business development (20%):
- Prospecting new accounts and scheduling client meetings
- Proposing profiles to clients
- Regular presence in the field with our clients and prospects
Office life (10%)
- Sharing best practices and contributing to team dynamics
- Organising office events (afterwork, training, experience sharing)
- Contributing to the development of the employer brand and the office's attractiveness
Qualifications
Holding a Master's degree (M2), from a business school or university, are you driven by challenges and goals that push you to surpass yourself?

From sourcing various profiles to in-person interviews, you will be in charge of the entire recruitment process for technical, functional and project management profiles.
If you already have IT knowledge, that's a plus, but don't panic: if you don't, we will be there to help you build skills in these areas.
