THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Operations and CRM Intern to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team in São Paulo!

The Revenue Tools team is essential to the infrastructure of Wellhub's commercial operations. We are responsible for keeping the systems that power our entire revenue engine clean, integrated, and reliable: from CRM configuration and data quality to tool evaluation and license management.

As a Revenue Tools Intern, you will work at the intersection of systems, data, and commercial operations. You will take on real recurring processes from day one, support active projects in our revenue tech stack, and collaborate closely with the GTM Engineering and Analytics & Enablement teams to keep our tools performing at their best. This is a unique opportunity to build deep, hands-on experience in Revenue Operations at a rapidly growing company in Brazil and Europe.

Here at Wellhub, you will have an experience of at least 12 months, with a complete development package. This means personalized training, one-on-one mentoring, and a challenging project for you to lead in your first year. And, to give you full support, as soon as you arrive, you will have a buddy program to support your integration and adaptation, ensuring you feel right at home. Our greatest wish is that this opportunity has a truly lasting impact on your career and professional journey.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead the Pipedrive quality check process, performing weekly hygiene reviews to ensure data consistency, field accuracy, and clean pipeline data across all commercial teams.
  • Support the management of our revenue tech stack, including tools like Blip, Growth Machine, Salvy, Meetrox, and Clay, helping to maintain integrations, monitor usage, and flag issues before they impact the business.
  • Manage tickets and troubleshoot via Jira, acting as the first point of contact for access requests, field updates, and CRM adjustments submitted by commercial teams.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM Engineering on active integrations and system configurations, ensuring that process design decisions are correctly reflected in the tools.
  • Support license and access governance across all revenue tools, including coordinating vendor payments for our main platforms.
  • Contribute to the documentation of CRM field structures, usage rules, and data standards, helping to build a knowledge base that keeps the team aligned as we grow.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding a work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A detail-oriented person who is curious about systems, with great enthusiasm for learning about CRM platforms, data operations, and commercial tools: someone who notices when something looks "off" and is proactive in asking questions or trying to fix it.
  • You have a strong analytical appetite, ideally coming from a background in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • A team player, proactive, who can help support recurring processes and is enthusiastic about taking on more responsibility and autonomy over time in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a developing data-driven mindset, basic familiarity with spreadsheets (such as Excel or Google Sheets), and a lot of curiosity about how to build dashboards and how data flows between systems.
  • A good communicator (written and verbal) who is open to feedback and learning how to translate technical or data issues into clear points for non-technical stakeholders.
  • You enjoy working on multiple priorities at the same time and adapt quickly when the scope or context changes.
  • English is a plus.
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) in a hybrid model.
  • Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
