Job Description
Hybrid role in São Paulo/SP or Blumenau/SC
- Manage strategic partnerships for Serasa, working with credit recovery and granting products, with a focus on the retail segment.
- Manage commercial negotiations with major partners.
- Develop and ensure the best execution of strategic plans and generate insights based on data to create growth levers within your client portfolio.
- Daily interaction with teams and leaders from Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, Hunting, and Legal areas, both at Serasa and with partners, taking a leading role in directing this multidisciplinary team in the pursuit of the best results.

- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools;
- Availability to travel;
- Excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to synthesize and maintain objectivity in strategic presentations;
- Negotiation skills;
- Adaptability;
- Analytical depth;
- Autonomy and execution capability.
