About the Job
For our Energies Mechanic Operator position, we are looking for a dynamic, empowered individual with a total focus on safety to maintain the operation and maintenance of steam generation equipment/systems (boilers), air compressors, hot/chilled water supply, potable water, softened water (SW), purified water (PW), water for injection (WFI), HVAC, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), water recovery plant (WRP), deep well, as well as support activities in pharmaceutical production environments.
Application of the Integrated Management System (IMS), in accordance with your functions and responsibilities described in this document, as well as compliance with procedures and other applicable documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and verify the performance of critical utility systems, ensuring the continuity of operations and compliance with the parameters required for production processes.

Execute preventive maintenance activities according to established procedures to ensure the reliability, availability, and regulatory compliance of equipment and systems.

Record and maintain accurate operational documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring the traceability of activities and compliance with quality requirements.

Identify, analyze, and resolve operational failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems, minimizing risks and impacts on operations.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, optimization projects, and operational efficiency programs, collaborating with different areas of the site.

Manage and follow up on work orders, maintenance notices, and material consumption in SAP, ensuring the correct traceability of interventions and associated costs.

Coordinate the procurement and management of spare parts, tools, and materials necessary for the timely execution of maintenance activities.

Collaborate in the updating and review of procedures, instructions, and technical documentation for the area to ensure their validity and functionality.

Comply with and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, encouraging safe work practices and the proper use of personal protective equipment.
About You
Experience:

Experience in pharmaceutical industry operations and documentation methods (Required).
-
Experience or knowledge in the operation and maintenance of industrial steam generation and compressed air systems.

Knowledge of water treatment, purification, and distillation.
Soft and technical skills:
-
Basic regulations for critical systems in the pharmaceutical industry.

Computer skills and basic Office suite.
-
Water treatment, purification, and distillation processes.
-
Basic blueprint reading.
-
HVAC system operation.
-
Mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, refrigeration, control, and electronics.

Industrial steam generation and compressed air process.
-
Correct use of PPE.

Troubleshooting and fault analysis.

SAP system management.
Education:
