Job Summary
As an Electronics expert - LTspice, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your advanced skills in LTspice for circuit simulation and analysis to provide high-quality examples and feedback for AI model training.
- Develop, test, and optimize analog and digital circuit designs, ensuring realistic and practical scenarios for electronic simulations.
- Create and review PCB layouts, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Simulate high-speed digital and power electronic circuits, identifying critical performance parameters and edge cases.
- Document processes, workflows, and findings to enable reproducibility and knowledge transfer to the AI training team.
- Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to clarify requirements and refine project goals.
- Contribute technical insights to enhance the effectiveness of AI models in understanding and generating electronics engineering solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in LTspice, with practical experience in analog and digital circuit simulation.
- Strong knowledge of PCB layout principles, component selection, and schematic capture tools.
- Proven hands-on experience in analog circuit design, including complex mixed-signal systems.
- Familiarity with high-speed digital design and power electronics simulation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, real-world electronic solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience as an Electronics Engineer, Hardware Design Engineer, PCB Designer, Power Electronics Engineer, or Analog Design Engineer.
- Experience in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Previous involvement in projects at the intersection of electronics and machine learning or AI (a plus, but not required).
