About the job
As an E&I Technician, you are co-responsible for the maintenance program to maximize the efficiency and performance of electrical and instrumentation (E&I) equipment. You perform general preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance within the utilities and sustainability department. You work closely with engineering, various maintenance and production departments. You work according to applicable quality and safety guidelines. And all of this within the planned schedule.
Main responsibilities:
- Expert role in E&I systems, including medium-voltage equipment.
- Support the supervisor/system owner and technicians with technical expertise in the field of electricity (including medium voltage) and instrumentation.
- Support maintenance projects and shutdowns.
- Perform fault analysis and troubleshoot production-related automation systems (Siemens S7 and Emerson DeltaV) and measuring instruments.
- Document knowledge and act as an internal trainer to ensure continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
- Monitor work performed by external companies.
- Document work in maintenance software.
- Perform work in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
- You take ownership for safety, order, and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Bring specific assignments/improvement initiatives to a successful conclusion.
About you

You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

You are versatile and can be deployed for E&I tasks as well as measurement and control technology tasks.

Knowledge of frequency drives and measurement and control systems.

Knowledge of automation systems such as PLC (Siemens S7) and DCS (Delta V).

Experience with industrial communication systems (Profibus, Fieldbus, Profinet, etc.).

Experience in a technical role in the pharmaceutical sector or experience working in a cGMP environment is a plus.

You are proficient with computers: MS Office, etc.

You are a team player but can also work well independently.

You are communicative.

You have a flexible, collegial attitude.

You participate in an on-call system.

The salary range for this position is: €54.605,04 - €81.907,55
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
