DSP (Down Stream Process) Operators - Moriñigo
This position includes morning and afternoon shifts (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.), including weekends.
Job Description
We are looking for six DSP (Down Stream Process) Operators for a newly implemented production process at one of our company's campuses, at the Moriñigo/Salamanca plant. They will focus on carrying out routine production to ensure supply to the international market.
General objective of the position
- Carry out the necessary production tasks
- Manage work within production areas in accordance with approved procedures,
- Collaborate with the rest of the team,
- Work to create teams of people aligned with the company's standards and policies
- Dedicate themselves to establishing a production process suitable for quality and performance standards.
The work must be aligned with GMP regulations and the company's production and safety standards.
Main functions of the position
- Correct execution of production operations in the different classified areas designated for each task and handling of the necessary equipment.
- Correct execution of sampling and in-process control operations, in accordance with procedures and handling of the necessary equipment
- Correct execution of process and room preparation operations, cleaning, and disinfection of materials and rooms in accordance with established procedures.
- Control of the correct status, storage, and flow of raw materials, materials, and waste according to procedures.
- Correct completion of documentation associated with the processes (Technical Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Record…).
- Carry out the activities defined in the planning (production and personnel management).
Required qualifications
- Compulsory Secondary Education
- Driver's license and vehicle available.
The following will be valued
- Laboratory Technician module or higher.
- Degree/Graduate in Health Sciences or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Certificate in control and handling of birds in poultry farming.
Knowledge :
- Ability in process management.
- Knowledge of SAP, SCADA, and Reliance applications.
- Knowledge of Biological Production
- Experience in organizing the work area.
- Knowledge of sterilization and disinfection processes (VHP).
- Experience working in classified rooms.
- Experience in aseptic processes.
- High level of autonomy.
Initial mobility is required to carry out training or support tasks within the Salamanca (Pol. Montalvo) and Moriñigo campus.
