Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the team in accordance with company policies and product promotion strategies, communicate product information, promote vaccine products, and ensure the team consistently meets daily visit KPI requirements.
- Conduct joint visits with key business representatives and those requiring guidance, provide specific coaching, set specific work objectives for team members, and manage team execution.
- Manage the team's execution of academic promotion activities for products and achieve the team's annual work objectives.
- Guide the team to learn and master product characteristics and key promotion information, and learn business operations knowledge and management concepts in the pharmaceutical industry for application in actual product promotion and team management work.
- Ensure the team complies with the behavioral standards specified in the company employee handbook, meets company SOP requirements, and correctly communicates all company policies.
- Maintain orderly daily team operations, actively cultivate backup talent, and build the team's core competitiveness.
About the Candidate
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in medicine, pharmacy, public health, or related fields;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with preference for candidates with team and regional management experience;
