What sets you apart:
-
You have successfully completed a university degree in design, creative design, or computer science
-
You have successfully implemented the design of digital solutions and digitalization projects and ideally substantiate your expertise through certifications such as IREB or UXQB
-
You have practical experience creating and using design systems as well as component-based UI design, and you work with Agentic AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, and comparable AI tools
-
You confidently apply methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile Software Development, or Design Sprints and convince through analytical and structured thinking, excellent conceptual skills, and quick comprehension

You work with strong customer orientation and have excellent communication skills. You speak fluent German (minimum C1 level) and very good English (minimum B2 level)

As a Digital Designer, you shape not only digital products but also the agile and digital transformation of our clients.
