Job Description

As part of strengthening its data governance, a recognized player in its sector is looking for a Data Steward Supply Chain to ensure the quality, reliability and consistency of data related to Supply activities.

At the heart of operational challenges, you will act as both a data reference point and cross-functional coordinator, working closely with business and IT teams.

  • Manage operations for Supply Master Data (items, logistics parameters, inventory, procurement).
  • Enter, control, update and ensure reliability of data in systems (ERP, Supply tools).
  • Guarantee data quality (completeness, consistency, compliance) throughout their lifecycle (CRUD).
  • Perform data extractions, analyses and quality checks.
  • Perform bulk imports and data processing.
  • Document Supply data models (attributes, business rules, nomenclatures, reference data).
  • Ensure consistency between different fields through regular controls.
  • Participate in data governance committees (Master Data).
  • Map flows and interfaces related to Supply data.
  • Track and prioritize requests related to Supply data (backlog).
  • Identify recurring anomalies and propose corrective actions.
  • Produce and share data quality KPIs (error rate, completeness, timelines).
  • Contribute to projects impacting Supply data (ERP, WMS, business tools).
  • Train and support teams in proper data usage.
  • Document processes and ensure traceability of modifications.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Supply Chain, Data Management or Information Systems.
  • Experience in a Supply / logistics environment with strong data sensitivity.
  • Experience in Master Data management or quality.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes (logistics, planning, flows, production).
  • Mastery of item data / Supply reference data.
  • Experience with ERP (ideally Sage X3).
  • Excellent Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, Power Query appreciated).
  • Knowledge of data management tools / Power Platform appreciated.
  • Ability to understand the impact of data on business and IT flows.
  • Rigor, organization, attention to detail and reliability.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Ease of communication and ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and ability to structure/document.
