Main Responsibilities:
- Monitors compliance with Personal Data Protection Legislation and the regulatory framework of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group regarding personal data protection;
- Drafts and updates regulations, guidelines, policies and internal procedures for personal data protection;
- Advises the governing bodies and structures of the Bank on all matters related to Data Protection;
- Participates in conducting data protection impact assessments, in accordance with Law no. 124/2024;
- Pays due attention to the risk of violation of fundamental rights and freedoms that may be caused by the processing of personal data.
- Organizes continuous training for staff on Data Protection;
- Cooperates and serves as a point of contact with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection;
- Manages requests from data subjects on all matters related to the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights under the law.
Qualifications:
- Higher Education in Law or Computer Science;
- [Preferred] Certification of Completion of Professional Training Programs for "Personal Data Protection Officer" recognized by the Office of the Commissioner for Information and Personal Data Protection
Experience:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the profession of lawyer or IT expert; or
- At least 3 years of work experience in the institution of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection with the duty of lawyer or IT expert
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge of Law no. 124/2024 "On the Protection of Personal Data", sub-legislative acts issued by the Commissioner, and data protection practices,
- Analytical skills and procedure drafting;
- Ability to fulfill duties according to the law
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Communication and training skills
- No criminal record
