Job Description
The Customer Intelligence Data Coordinator will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary data team, with a focus on evolving product journeys, tackling challenges in data science solutions, and applying intelligence to the Serasa Consumidor app journey. You will provide direction in building advanced models, analytical products, and AI/ML-based solutions that support strategic decisions and deliver direct value to customers and business areas at Serasa Experian.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and engage data teams (scientists, analysts, and engineers).
- Define priorities, the analytical roadmap, and team capacity allocation.
- Possess deep business acumen, be proactive, and influence product and business teams regarding solutions that drive greater results and conversion for products.
- Act as a technical and career mentor, promoting the team's continuous growth.
- Ensure best practices in analytical engineering, MLOps, and model governance.
- Coordinate the development of both Engineering solutions and Machine Learning, advanced statistics, and AI models.
- Ensure quality, performance, interpretability, and monitoring of models in production.
- Translate business problems into hypotheses and analytical solutions.
- Support strategic decisions through analysis, experiments, and impact metrics.
- Communicate complex results clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Evaluate the feasibility, ROI, and risks of data-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Data Science / Analytics, with a track record of working in production environments.
- Applied statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference).
- Experience with production environments and MLOps is highly desirable (deployment, monitoring, versioning).
- Experience with large volumes of data and cloud environments (AWS and Databricks).
- Experience using LLMs and IDEs for LLM (Cursor, WindSurf, Claude).
- Experience with digital products, products in a phase of accelerated growth, and having worked with data solutions that generate real business impact.
- Proactive, investigative, and analytical profile, with a strong inclination toward innovation and disruptive solutions using AI/GenAI to increase team productivity.
