The Data & AI Team at &samhoud consists of enthusiastic consultants with a strong drive to help organizations work smarter with data and AI. We believe that AI plays a fundamental role in how organizations create and drive change. That's why we continuously experiment with new AI possibilities and translate them into concrete use-cases, AI-first processes, and practical tools.
For example, we work on applications that extract strategic insights from qualitative data such as meetings, annual reports, and interviews. We also develop solutions that help organizations better understand how collaboration and decision-making actually work, for instance by making informal networks visible and analyzing the effectiveness of organizational structures.
What will you do?
- Develop AI applications and use-cases
You'll work on designing and improving AI applications that contribute to smarter processes, better decision-making, and greater insight into culture and strategy.
- Translate knowledge into AI support
Together with consultants, you'll explore how we can leverage our subject matter expertise in AI tools, so they better align with practice and deliver more value.
- Experiment with new AI possibilities
You'll explore and test the latest generations of AI tools to determine how they can be concretely applied in our work and with clients.
Who are you?
- You are a master's student (or 3rd year bachelor's) in Artificial Intelligence, (Behavioural) Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
- You have experience with Python or R and Excel
- You have a strong interest in AI and actively follow developments in the field
- You find it interesting to make AI practically applicable in organizations
- You are analytical and creative: you quickly grasp the core and come up with smart solutions
- You have an affinity for working at the intersection of people, behavior, and technology
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
- You are available for an internship (4 days per week, ±5 months)
