Product Analytics Team The Product Analytics Team is part of the Business Operations & Analytics organization and supports the growth of Azar through data. Based on data generated by tens of millions of global matches every day, we analyze the commonalities and differences in multinational user data. Analysts lead the process from experiment design to result interpretation. You will directly contribute to product decision-making by analyzing A/B tests in high-traffic environments. You will join a product squad consisting of PMs, Designers, and Engineers, working in an environment where analytical results lead to actual product changes. You will collaborate closely with Data Analytics Engineers to structure analytical frameworks and data infrastructure together.

Responsibilities

  • Join a product squad to define core metrics and help ensure data analysis leads to product decision-making.
  • Design A/B tests and communicate results to various stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior data to define problems, identify the causes of changes in core product metrics, and propose actionable items.
  • Design event logs for new features and manage data structures to ensure user behavior is measured accurately.
  • Increase data utilization efficiency by building automated pipelines based on Airflow and dashboards using tools like Tableau/Data Studio/evidence.
  • Share analytical methodologies and best practices, and contribute to improving the team's overall analytical capabilities, such as building experiment analysis frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL or equivalent experience.
  • Experience executing the entire process of A/B testing, from design to result analysis and insight generation.
  • Experience designing and operating dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau/Data Studio/evidence.
  • Experience designing logs for user behavior measurement and systematizing data structures.
  • Ability to accurately understand various metrics and apply appropriate analytical methodologies for the situation.
  • Ability to distinguish between correlation and causation in metrics and present logical arguments based on them.
  • Communication skills to clearly convey data analysis results to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building experiment analysis frameworks or operating A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience in product analysis within the social/communication service domain.
  • Practical experience applying data pipeline/automation tools such as Airflow.
  • Ability to communicate in English in a professional setting.
