Overview

Join the Cybersecurity Defence team as a Cybersecurity Performance & Reporting Specialist and support the Defence Center's activities, helping to make security processes more structured, transparent, and measurable. You will work with the operational team to monitor KPIs and KRIs, prepare reports and dashboards, and standardize documentation and procedures. With your analytical and methodical approach, you will provide management with useful data and contribute to continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory standards and frameworks.

What will your activities be

  • Documentation management: maintain and update playbooks, operating procedures, standards, and technical documentation, ensuring versioning, traceability, and alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Formalization of operational processes: collaborate with teams to document workflows, incident handling, and detection processes in a structured and standardized manner
  • KPI/KRI definition and monitoring: develop performance and risk indicators to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and maturity of security processes, supporting continuous improvement
  • Dashboarding and data visualization: design and maintain operational and management dashboards (e.g., Power BI), ensuring data quality, methodological consistency, and visual clarity
  • Executive reporting: prepare strategic reports and management presentations for leadership, synthesizing trends, critical issues, and status of improvement initiatives
  • Alignment with regulatory frameworks: ensure consistency with major security and control standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK), supporting compliance activities

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Performance Management, Risk & Compliance, or IT Reporting
  • Knowledge of major security and control frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK)
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs and KRIs in complex contexts
  • Advanced skills in reporting and data visualization (Power BI or equivalent tools)
  • Excellent documentation writing, synthesis, and communication skills toward executive stakeholders
  • Precision, methodology, and strong focus on quality and process measurability
  • Degree in technical-scientific or economic-management disciplines
