🚀 We are looking for a Senior Customer Success professional who wants to become a strategic partner for our corporate clients, driving their growth and ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions.
What will you do?
✅ Manage and develop a portfolio of high-impact corporate clients.
✅ Identify growth opportunities, expansion, and adoption of new services.
✅ Build strong relationships with operational, financial stakeholders and decision-makers.
✅ Lead data-driven executive follow-up meetings (MBR/QBR) based on results.
✅ Work closely with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
✅ Be the voice of the customer within Cabify Logistics.
What we're looking for
✔ 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Key Account Management, or B2B account management.
✔ Experience managing corporate clients and developing long-term relationships.
✔ Ability to analyze business metrics and convert them into action plans.
✔ CRM management (ideally Salesforce) and analytics tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
✔ Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, technology, or B2B services will be highly valued.
