Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls of the bank's existing retail key customers.
- Telephone sales of banking products and performing the administrative tasks related to them.
- Sales of loan and insurance products.
- Providing information about investment products and processing transactions related to them.
- Evaluating capital market and money market processes.
This is for you if:

You have at least a secondary school qualification and the MNB capital market agent official examination or an equivalent, such as:

stock exchange professional examination,
-
securities market administrative specialist qualification,
-
Hungarian Banking Association Higher Banking Professional Certificate,
-
financial organization certified accountant qualification,
-
financial administrative specialist qualification,
-
you hold a higher education degree in economics.

You have at least 1 year of banking professional experience.

You have investment knowledge and are interested in various financial market trends.

You would like to work from home.

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
