Position Mission

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

  1. Monitor operations in real time, ensuring compliance with delivery and collection times, using technological tracking tools.
  2. Manage operational incidents, resolving problems and adjusting operations to minimize impact.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with drivers, providing instructions and adjusting routes as needed.
  4. Optimize routes and resources, in collaboration with planning teams to maximize operational efficiency.
  5. Supervise KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with performance objectives.
  6. Manage multiple services (cargo transport, express messaging, and cross-docking), ensuring the correct execution of each one.
  7. Serve internal and external customers, providing clear and up-to-date information about shipment status.
  8. Lead and motivate the traffic control team, developing processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • Alignment with our principles.

  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday, with a hybrid model

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

  • Cargo fleet control.

  • Operational performance control.

  • Dispatch agent supervision.

  • Operational improvement strategies.

  • Logistics operations control.

  • Transport customer service and Call Center customer service

  • Management of operational updates.
