Job Summary: Join our customer's team as a Corporate M&A Attorney and play a pivotal role in supporting complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review, analyze, and annotate complex corporate, M&A, and financial documents with a focus on compliance and data privacy standards.
  2. Identify and address areas of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) exposure, documenting best practices for anonymization and sensitive data handling.
  3. Leverage industry knowledge to provide guidance on the structural identifiability of content, ensuring compliance while preserving data utility.
  4. Support the development of training materials and resources that reflect current regulatory and compliance frameworks in M&A and corporate law.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data processing protocols and mitigate re-identification risks within proprietary workflows.
  6. Deliver detailed written and verbal feedback to optimize the accuracy and relevance of legal content interpretation for AI training.
  7. Maintain up-to-date expertise in evolving compliance requirements, especially regarding sensitive information in financial and corporate sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience with PII compliance, particularly in financial or corporate settings.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in mergers & acquisitions, sensitive document handling, and data privacy regulation.
  3. Proficiency in identifying both direct and structural PII risks within various types of corporate documentation.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to compliance, with proven ability to generalize or omit sensitive content as necessary.
  5. Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents related to financial transactions and corporate governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in finance or corporate law with deep understanding of sensitive document triage and reconciliation protocols.
  2. Prior experience developing or reviewing AI/data privacy training materials or protocols.
  3. Knowledge of global data privacy laws and cross-border compliance challenges.
