Salary conditions
2 680 EUR/month
We offer salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience + attractive variable salary component.
Purpose and job description
Being a partner for corporate clients means more than just managing a portfolio.
It's about understanding their needs, setting up comprehensive solutions, and building long-term trust.
We are looking for a new colleague for our team who can lead business conversations, understands numbers, and can turn an opportunity into a successful deal.
Your tasks will be:
- manage and develop existing corporate client portfolio,
- actively seek new business opportunities and develop the client segment,
- provide clients with advice and propose solutions to their financial needs,
- prepare business offers including cross-selling of products and setting business terms,
- lead business negotiations and close deals,
- prepare documentation and materials for deals and proposals for their approval,
- cooperate with the acquisition director and internal bank departments,
- monitor the quality of the credit portfolio and clients' compliance with contractual conditions.

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- second-level university degree.
Language skills:
- English C1.
Other knowledge:
- Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
- Financial analysis - Intermediate
- Group B driving license.
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
We are looking for a new colleague who has:
- min. 2 years of experience with corporate clients / B2B sales, ideally in banking or financial services,
- experience with active acquisition and development of client portfolio,
- ability to identify business opportunities and close deals,
- understanding of finances and ability to analyze basic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow),
- experience with preparing business offers and tailor-made solutions for clients,
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, natural "relationship builder".
