Salary conditions
2,680 EUR/month
We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience + an attractive variable salary component.
Purpose and job description
Becoming a partner for corporate clients means more than just managing a portfolio.
It is about understanding their needs, setting up complex solutions, and building long-term trust.
We are looking for a new colleague for our team who can lead business conversations, is oriented in numbers, and can turn an opportunity into a successful deal.
Your role will be:
- to manage and develop an existing portfolio of corporate clients,
- to actively search for new business opportunities and develop the client segment,
- to provide clients with advice and propose solutions for their financial needs,
- to prepare business offers including cross-selling of products and setting business terms,
- to lead business negotiations and close deals,
- to prepare materials and documentation for deals and proposals for their approval,
- to cooperate with the acquisition director and internal bank departments,
- to monitor the quality of the credit portfolio and compliance with client contractual terms.

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- university degree (Master's level).
Language skills:
- English C1.
Other knowledge:
- Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
- Financial analysis - Intermediate
- Driving license group B.
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
We are looking for a new colleague who has:
- min. 2 years of experience with corporate clients / B2B sales, ideally in banking or financial services,
- experience with active acquisition and development of a client portfolio,
- the ability to identify business opportunities and close a deal,
- an overview of finance and the ability to analyze basic financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow),
- experience with preparing business offers and solutions tailored to the client,
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, a natural "relationship builder".
