You will be responsible for managing the commercial operations of the Business Unit (BU) in the SME segment, with the objective of fulfilling three purposes when offering the product to customers: validating it with them; understanding how they are currently solving the problems of the customer profile, obtaining and gathering insights regarding what is being offered, identifying improvements and incorporating that information into the product portfolio improvement roadmap and also the evaluation of new services, with the aim of increasing our market share, increasing sales, and improving portfolio profitability.
