We are looking for a Cloud Delivery & Operations Manager to play a key role in defining and implementing the cloud service delivery strategy, ensuring quality, reliability, economic sustainability, and full customer satisfaction.
The position is aimed at professionals with proven experience in managing complex organizations within Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Operations, capable of combining operational governance, financial management, and a customer-oriented approach.
Your mission
Define and lead the Cloud Delivery & Operations strategy, ensuring the delivery of cloud services in compliance with business objectives, service levels, and economic sustainability, while promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do

Cloud Delivery & Operations Strategy: define and lead the Cloud Delivery & Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Service Governance: ensure the delivery of cloud services in compliance with quality, security, SLAs, and operational continuity.

P&L Management: oversee the economic governance of the function, monitoring budgets, costs, margins, and investments.

Stakeholder & Customer Management: manage relationships with customers and strategic stakeholders, ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Management & Development: lead and develop the management team, promoting a culture oriented towards results, collaboration, and growth.
The ideal profile
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing complex organizations within Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Operations.
The ideal candidate knows how to lead transformation processes, develop high-performance teams, and build effective relationships with Enterprise customers and business stakeholders, ensuring service quality, economic sustainability, and growth in results.
Professional requirements

At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Operations.

Excellent knowledge of the main cloud platforms: AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and OpenStack.

Proven experience in managing complex organizational structures, budgets, and SLA-regulated services.

Solid knowledge of cloud service delivery models, ITIL frameworks, and the main IT Service Management methodologies.

Experience in defining operational strategies, managing service economics, and controlling costs, margins, and investments.
