We are looking for a Cloud Delivery & Operations Manager who will play a key role in defining and implementing the cloud service delivery strategy, ensuring quality, reliability, economic sustainability, and full customer satisfaction.
This position is aimed at professionals with consolidated experience in managing complex organizations in the Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Operations domain, capable of combining operational governance, economic management, and customer orientation.
Your Mission
Define and guide the Cloud Delivery & Operations strategy, ensuring the delivery of cloud services in compliance with business objectives, service levels, and economic sustainability, while promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do

Service Governance: ensure the delivery of cloud services in compliance with quality, security, SLA, and operational continuity standards.

P&L Management: oversee the economic governance of the function, monitoring budget, costs, margins, and investments.

Stakeholder & Customer Management: manage relationships with customers and strategic stakeholders, ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Management & Development: lead and develop the management team, promoting a culture focused on results, collaboration, and growth.
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a figure with consolidated experience in managing complex organizations in the Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Operations domain.
The ideal person knows how to lead transformation processes, develop high-performing teams, and build effective relationships with Enterprise customers and business stakeholders, ensuring service quality, economic sustainability, and growth in results.
Professional Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in positions of responsibility in the Cloud, Managed Services, or IT Operations domain.

Excellent knowledge of major cloud platforms: AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and OpenStack.

Consolidated experience in managing complex organizational structures, budgets, and services regulated by SLAs.

Solid knowledge of cloud service delivery models, ITIL frameworks, and major IT Service Management methodologies.

Experience in defining operational strategies, managing service economics, and controlling costs, margins, and investments.

The position includes a variable component, linked to the achievement of objectives and defined in line with the responsibilities of the role.
