Client Relationship Manager / Professional Associate (m/f) in the SB Centre Zagreb
(work location Zagreb)
The position covers the entire sales process, specifically:
- direct sales of risk and non-risk products
- payment transaction operations and sales support
- contacting and acquiring new clients
- monitoring client relationships – taking care of the existing client portfolio
- collecting documentation and processing requests for risk products
- writing credit proposals
- administration of relevant (contractual and other) documentation
- preparing plans and carrying out collection of due unpaid receivables
The formal requirements candidates must meet are as follows:
- university or college degree in economics
- 2 years of work experience in the banking/financial sector
- experience working with clients
- active knowledge of English, spoken and written
