Job Description
As a team lead, facilities maintenance at Ubisoft Montreal, you will be responsible for planning and managing maintenance activities across the studios, as well as supervising internal teams and external partners at the Canadian level.
What you will do
- Manage and develop maintenance teams responsible for facility upkeep across Canadian studios
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Oversee renovation work carried out by external partners
- Manage service providers such as cleaning and catering, in collaboration with local teams
- Establish and manage a pan-Canadian budget for maintenance and space projects
- Plan an annual maintenance program for the studios
- Support the Art at Ubisoft Montreal program, including art collection preservation
- Track inventory of equipment and materials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across all spaces
- Travel by air between studios to support multi-site operations as needed
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
- Solid experience in operations or workplace management
- Demonstrated skills in team management and development
- Experience managing suppliers and external partners
- Ability to manage budgets and operational plans at a multi-site scale
- Good knowledge of health and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Collaborative approach and comfort working across teams
- Ability to travel between studios, including driving when required
- Professional proficiency in French and English
