Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under company policies and procedures, and build partnerships
- Make effective customer visits using available resources under company policies and procedures, and communicate product value information
- Plan and organize various meetings or events under company policies and procedures, and tap into regional market potential
- Collect market information through the company management system and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and recommendations
- Complete other tasks assigned by your line manager
About the Candidate
What we expect from you:
- Education: Degree in medicine, pharmacy or a related field, junior college diploma or above
- Work experience: More than 1 year of sales-related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a good performance track record
- Key skills including academic promotion ability, customer management and strong execution
- Qualities such as resilience, learning agility and results orientation
- High level of compliance awareness
