Job Summary: As a Business Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create and evaluate high-quality business content for AI system training.
- Provide insightful feedback on document formatting, data organization, and presentation best practices within Google Workspace.
- Assess and improve AI-generated outputs by comparing them against real-world business standards.
- Translate complex business scenarios into structured tasks for AI model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written and verbal reports.
- Uphold data security and confidentiality throughout all project phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, or strategy consulting.
- Advanced degree and strong academic background in busines.
- Expert-level user of Google Workspace apps, with advanced skills in Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business processes and content efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a distributed remote team.
