Job Description
The mission focuses primarily on the Client Regulatory scope in which Post-Trade alerts are in place to meet the needs of MIFID, Dodd Frank, EMIR, FATCA, MIFID2 regulations…
Our Business Analysts, Developers & BI are organized in Agile Teams.
Teams are primarily based in Paris and Porto (15%).
Objectives:
On a daily basis, the consultant will work on support, evolutionary maintenance, and on the following tasks:
- Gather and collect business requirements for maintenance and projects;
- Write specifications and carry out related phases;
- Keep the backlog up to date and report on its progress;
- Prioritize topics and coordinate involved stakeholders in collaboration with the squad Leader;
- Report on progress;
- Ensure change management with users;
- Analyze level 2 support issues: on user interfaces, BI dashboards, in database via SQL queries;
- Contribute to the Agile method (Daily meetings, planning poker, retrospectives, …)
Technical stack used: Microsoft (SQL Server, SSAS cube, Power BI, .Net C#, PPT), Business Object, Jira, Confluence
Qualifications

Confirmed Business Analyst with previous experience in a Data/BI and/or Finance context

Good knowledge of regulations related to clients: MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank, FATCA, …

Knowledge of financial products and experience in CIB IT environment. A basic understanding of products is mandatory, but we do not require an expert in financial markets

English: daily meetings in English, users and IT teams worldwide

Data manipulation and analysis via Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, …) and SQL queries
