Job Description
As part of a transformation program around payments and cash management, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst capable of supporting a senior Project Manager. The mission has a strong functional and cross-functional component.
The consultant will play a key role as functional reference on payment topics (SEPA, Instant Payment…), while supporting overall project management. They will act as both Business Analyst, payment reference, and technical right hand to the Project Manager .
Your mission:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements around cash management and payments
- Writing functional specifications
- Facilitating workshops with business teams, IT and external partners
- Monitoring changes, managing cross-functional topics
- Producing quality project deliverables (PowerPoint, summaries, roadmaps…)
- Contributing to schedule tracking, risks, reporting
- Support to the Project Manager, particularly on topics with strong functional or technical content
- Coordination with IT teams, functional teams and program stakeholders
Qualifications
Profile sought:
- Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst in a cash management / payments environment
- Good understanding of the entire payment chain, without necessarily being a technical expert
- Solid knowledge of payment protocols and systems (SEPA, SEPA Instant, transfers, etc.)
- Ability to work cross-functionally, in a complex environment
- Excellent communication, synthesis and presentation skills (PowerPoint expected)
- Autonomy, rigor and collaborative spirit
- Experience in project management or supporting a PM is a real plus
