Job Description
As part of a transformation program focused on payments and cash management, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst capable of supporting a senior Project Manager. The mission has a strong functional and cross-functional component.
The consultant will play a key role as a functional point of contact for payment topics (SEPA, Instant Payment, etc.), while supporting the overall management of the project. They will act as a Business Analyst, payment expert, and technical right-hand to the Project Manager.
The mission that awaits you:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements related to cash management and payments
- Drafting functional specifications
- Facilitating workshops with business teams, IT, and external partners
- Monitoring developments, managing cross-functional topics
- Producing high-quality project materials (PowerPoint, summaries, roadmaps, etc.)
- Contributing to planning, risk, and reporting monitoring
- Supporting the Project Manager, particularly on topics with high functional or technical content
- Coordinating with IT teams, functional teams, and stakeholders involved in the program
Qualifications
Profile sought:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a cash management / payments environment
- Good understanding of the entire payment chain, without necessarily being a technical expert
- Solid knowledge of payment protocols and systems (SEPA, SEPA Instant, credit transfers, etc.)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex environment
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and presentation skills (PowerPoint expected)
- Autonomy, rigor, and a collaborative spirit
- Experience in project management or supporting a Project Manager is a real plus
