Job Description

As part of digital transformation projects and the implementation of new IT solutions, we are looking for a Business Analyst to ensure the link between business teams and technical teams (Development).

You will be responsible for proper requirements gathering, functional scoping, and deliverable validation.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

  • Gathering and formalizing business requirements from users.
  • Writing specifications and functional requirements documents.
  • Defining and monitoring project scope (objectives, timelines, costs).
  • Prioritizing requirements and arbitrating with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress with the Development team (technical teams).
  • Organizing and executing functional testing and user acceptance tests.
  • Monitoring production deployment and supporting change management.
  • Reporting and regular communication to project management and business teams.

Qualifications

🛠️ Technical / Functional Skills

  • Strong background in project management (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Office suite.
  • Good knowledge of functional modeling (UML, BPMN).
  • Understanding of business issues (finance, insurance, Industry, Retail, E-commerce, depending on context).
  • Ability to write clear and well-structured documents (specifications, reports).

🤝 Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Clear communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Sense of mediation (interface between business and technical).
  • Rigor, organization, and autonomy.
  • Collaborative spirit and results-oriented mindset.

🎓 Desired Profile

  • Master's degree (engineering school, business school, university) or equivalent.
  • Confirmed experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) as Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or in functional project management or Product Owner roles.
  • Experience in the Retail, Tech, E-commerce, or Industry sector is a plus.
