Overview
Join the team driving the evolution of banking platforms and processes supporting current account products and related services. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing functional requirements, supporting the definition of application solutions, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Business Owners, Architects, and development teams, participating in translating business needs into functional solutions consistent with application architecture and operational processes.
What your activities will be
- Gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements from business stakeholders
- Draft functional documentation and detailed specifications to support development teams
- Model operational processes, business rules, and application flows
- Support impact analysis on systems, processes, and application integrations
- Collaborate with architects and developers in defining functional solutions
- Analyze application interfaces, APIs, and integration flows between systems
- Support backlog refinement activities and requirement clarification during the development cycle
- Participate in functional testing activities and validation of implemented solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of platforms and processes supporting banking operations
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in functional analysis or business analysis
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines
- Functional analysis and requirements gathering
- Functional documentation and process modeling
- SQL and data analysis
- REST APIs, JSON, and application integration concepts
- Agile methodologies and backlog management tools
- BPMN or UML
- Knowledge of banking services, banking information systems, or financial processes
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level according to the CEFR framework
The following constitute preferred qualifications:
- Jira, Postman, distributed systems, microservices architectures, data analysis tools, and application monitoring tools
