Salary conditions
2 000 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 600 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful onboarding is around 400 EUR and depends on your skills – it could be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 1 200 EUR depending on the achievement of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you can expect a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

In the position of Business Advisor, your tasks will be:
- provide service activities for clients – small business owners, identify the needs of legal entities and analyze their requirements,
- provide information and professional advice to clients with the aim of finding optimal solutions,
- proactively secure and develop long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- actively seek new business opportunities,
- continuously educate yourself about innovations in the world of finance and grow professionally.

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- secondary education with school-leaving examination
Experience in the position/field:
- minimum 2 years of experience with direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience with direct sales of financial products,
- you can easily navigate financial statements of small business owners,
- you can actively use MS Office,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find optimal solutions,
- you have argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- it is an advantage if you speak English and have education in economics,
- you are a trustworthy and law-abiding person,
- you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
