Salary Conditions
2 200 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 800 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skills, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1 200 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you can receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

In the position of Business Advisor, your tasks will be:
- providing service activities for clients, small business owners,
- identifying the needs of legal entities and analyzing their requirements,
- providing information and expert advice to clients in order to find the optimal solution,
- proactively building and developing long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- actively seeking new business opportunities,
- continuously educating yourself on financial news and growing professionally.

Required Experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can easily navigate the financial statements of small businesses,
- you actively use MS Office,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- you have argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- English language skills and an economics-related education are an advantage,
- you are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
