Core Responsibilities

  • On-Camera Content Creation: As the face of the brand across short-form video platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), you will brainstorm, write scripts, and star in content that transforms wallet features into compelling and entertaining narratives, gradually building a distinctive on-camera presence deeply associated with the brand.

  • KOL & Influencer Collaboration: Lead the early-stage growth loop by identifying, negotiating, and executing co-marketing partnerships with KOLs, industry leaders, and Web3 channels, appearing on camera alongside partners to amplify reach and impact.

  • Offline Event On-Camera Content: At offline summits (such as Token2049) and other events, serve as the brand's on-camera representative, capturing real-time video content, conducting interviews, and producing interactive content to provide materials for social media promotion before and after the event.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent professional communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

  • Excellent short-form video on-camera experience with authentic, natural screen presence (portfolio/showreel required).

  • Proactive growth-hacking mindset with the ability to independently identify and engage KOLs and partners to drive collaborations.

  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, self-custody wallets, and Web3 community culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Camera Content Creation: Be the face and voice of the brand across short-form video (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Brainstorm, script, and star in content that translates wallet features into engaging, entertaining narratives — building your own recognizable on-camera presence tied to the brand.

  • KOL & Influencer Collaboration: Own the early-stage growth loop by identifying, negotiating, and executing co-marketing collabs with KOLs, influencers, and Web3 affiliates — appearing alongside them on camera to extend reach.

  • On-the-Ground Event Content: At IRL activations (e.g. Token2049), be the on-camera presence capturing real-time video content, interviews, and reactions that fuel the brand's social channels during and after the event.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin.

  • Proven on-camera short-form video experience with a natural, authentic presence (portfolio/showreel required).

  • A proactive growth-hacking mindset — comfortable reaching out to KOLs and partners directly and closing collabs independently.

  • Solid understanding of crypto, DeFi, self-custody wallets, and Web3 culture.
