Sales Consultant – Biosimilars – São Paulo Capital
What you will do
The Biosimilars Sales Consultant position is assigned a strategic territory that is important to the business unit's results and to serving patients in the Brazilian private and public markets.
Responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategies through demand generation, acting as a bridge for negotiations in key accounts with the access team, with the goal of generating business for the Amgen Brazil biosimilars unit.
Main activities:
• Lead the implementation of Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation strategies, acting as a link between key stakeholders and the Access area, with a focus on generating business and expanding the Amgen Brazil Biosimilars unit.
• Ensure the maintenance and sustainable growth of demand for the biosimilars portfolio in private and public (non-retail) markets, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Commercial, and Access strategies.
• Achieve the sales and Market Share objectives defined for the region, as well as performance indicators related to database management, strategic segmentation, coverage, and frequency of in-person and remote visits to accounts, physicians, and pharmacists.
• Work in an integrated manner with the Commercial, Marketing, and Access areas, contributing to excellence in strategy execution and identifying new business opportunities that drive the affiliate's results.
• Develop, strengthen, and maintain collaborative relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and other stakeholders, positioning Amgen as a strategic partner for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement territorial action plans aligned with brand strategies, aiming to maximize opportunities and results in the territory.
• Support the execution of continuing medical education programs, participate in congresses and scientific events, and actively collaborate with the Medical and Marketing areas in the development of regional initiatives.
• Perform continuous analysis of the territory to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends, developing action plans in conjunction with the Access, Medical, and Commercial areas.
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with Amgen's internal policies, as well as regulatory and Compliance requirements.
• Support the medical area in conducting training directed at strategic clients, ensuring the correct use and knowledge of the products.
• Collaborate with the commercial team in monitoring purchases, tracking demand, and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring the availability and proper delivery of products.
• Demonstrate high technical-scientific knowledge about the pathologies and products promoted, as well as the competitive environment, communicating clinical evidence and scientific concepts in a secure and consistent manner to healthcare professionals.
• Act in compliance with the Amgen Code of Conduct, promoting high ethical standards in all interactions and activities.
• Implement and monitor promotional initiatives related to patient support programs for biosimilars, contributing to a positive experience and a more efficient and sustainable treatment journey.

Basic Qualifications:
Completed higher education and experience in sales in the non-retail pharmaceutical market; analytical and strategic profile, with experience in the public and private market and a strong ability to identify opportunities and develop effective action plans. We value professionals with a high degree of autonomy, a sense of responsibility, assertive communication, and a strong orientation toward results.
Desirable:
- Experience in Key Account management, with a focus on demand generation and business development.
- Experience in direct sales of pharmaceutical products, preferably in institutional markets, hospitals, clinics, or key accounts in the public and private segments.
- Experience in the specialty market in the areas of Gastroenterology and Rheumatology, with solid knowledge of the main stakeholders, patient flow, clinical protocols, and market dynamics of these specialties.
