Job Description
Area overview: The area is responsible for scheduling and delivering various invoices to our clients; confirming their receipt and payment date; creating client files; bank deposits; payments; invoice cancellation; and tax verification.
Purpose of the role: To design, plan, and manage all billing activities in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
Deliverables:
- Timely filing and system uploading of all invoices
- Delivery of billing supporting documents in accordance with regulations
Responsibilities of the role:

Optimize processes and procedures, generating a lower margin of error when billing.

Monitor the execution of the billing and invoice filing process.

Support the processes specific to the finance area.

Issue invoices and replacements.

Verify and monitor the controls defined in the billing procedures.

Ensure the timely upload of all invoices and credit notes to the global platform (Aria and Oracle).

Guarantee the existence and custody of billing supporting documents in accordance with regulatory and legal guidelines.

Provide all information required in a timely manner to respond to PQR (complaints, requests, and inquiries) generated by billing.

Ensure the timely distribution of direct billing.

Qualifications
Education: Technical degree and/or professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, and/or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
Competencies: Attention to detail, organization, problem-solving.
