As a Batch Release Lead within our Manufacturing & Supply team, you will ensure that our vaccines meet the highest quality standards and reach patients on time. You will coordinate certification activities with the OMCL and lead the batch release process, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ready to get started?

Key responsibilities:

Participate in and coordinate activities related to weekly meetings with the OMCL as part of vaccine batch certification

Participate in batch confirmation/certification activities

Supervise the batch release process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Ensure that all batch release activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Participate in coordinating actions between teams (Quality Control, production) to ensure timely batch release according to the flow controller's priorities

Investigate and resolve any issues or deviations related to batch release

Participate in internal and external audits and inspections

Monitor and analyze batch release performance indicators

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of batch release

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
