Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Customer reception: you will be the first impression, greeting our arriving customers with a smile, orienting them, and helping them reach the appropriate staff member.
- Customer support: you provide confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
- Administrative tasks: organizing, filing, and handling documents with precision.
- Supporting banking back-office processes: you assist your banker colleagues in their daily work and get to know the operations and processes of bank branches up close.
