Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Customer reception: you will be the first impression, welcoming customers arriving at our branch with a smile, guiding them, and helping them reach the right representative.
- Customer support: you will provide confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
- Administrative tasks: organizing, filing, and precisely managing documents.
- Supporting banking background processes: you will assist the daily work of banker colleagues and get to know the operations and processes of bank branches up close.

- You can work 25-30 hours per week in person at the bank branch and are open to long-term development and career opportunities – even as a full-time banking advisor.
- You perform your work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
- You communicate confidently and are happy to answer simpler customer questions.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills.
- You are interested in banking products and would like to participate in the dynamic everyday life of the bank branch.
