Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Customer reception: you will be the first impression, welcoming customers arriving at our branch with a smile, guiding them, and helping them reach the right representative.
  • Customer support: you will provide confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
  • Administrative tasks: organizing, filing, and precisely managing documents.
  • Supporting banking background processes: you will assist the daily work of banker colleagues and get to know the operations and processes of bank branches up close.

This is for you if:

  • You can work 25-30 hours per week in person at the bank branch and are open to long-term development and career opportunities – even as a full-time banking advisor.
  • You perform your work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
  • You communicate confidently and are happy to answer simpler customer questions.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are interested in banking products and would like to participate in the dynamic everyday life of the bank branch.
