Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Customer reception: you will be the first impression, welcoming customers who arrive with a smile, guiding them and helping them reach the right advisor.
- Customer support: you give confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
- Administrative tasks: organizing, filing and carefully handling documents.
- Supporting back-office banking processes: you help the daily work of our banking colleagues and get to know the operations and processes of the branches up close.
This is for you if:
- You can work 20 hours a week in person at the bank branch and are open to development and career opportunities in the long term – even as a full-time banking advisor.
- You work independently and accurately and do not shy away from responsibility.
- You communicate confidently and like answering simpler customer questions.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You are interested in banking products and would like to take part in the dynamic everyday life of a branch.
