Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Providing professional assistance to retail customers visiting the branch.
- Financial consulting regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
- Introducing and supporting the use of digital banking channels (mobile application and internet banking).
- Identifying customer needs and recommending products that fit them.
- Performing administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
- Substituting for the currency and forint cashier colleague when necessary.

- You have worked in customer management and sales in the last 5 years.
