Salary conditions
1,500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE TO:
- contribute to sales support and cooperate with the team,
- look for sales opportunities for all banking products and services,
- provide information and expert advice to clients,
- carry out cash desk and currency exchange operations,
- carry out client service operations and handle cash responsibly,
- take part in administrative activities,
- continuously educate yourself about news in the world of finance and grow professionally.
What you can expect from us

- Credit at VÚB Cafeteria of up to 300 EUR, which grows with the number of years worked.
- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a maturita (high school diploma)
- Experience in the position/field
- experience working with cash
- Years of experience: 1
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least secondary education with a maturita,
- you have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
- you have a sales spirit,
